Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the processing of personal information on the VPNEJ marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It distinguishes data needed for accounts and billing from website usage metrics and network connection content. When using third-party payment services or external platforms, please also review their privacy notices.

Account and Order Data

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not required for account creation. If you choose to provide one in a support ticket, it will be used only to handle that request and related communications. Account credentials are used for authentication and access control. Do not include passwords or full subscription links in ticket messages.

To provide the service, the panel processes account identifiers, plan status, data usage, order amounts, payment status, and refund records. This information is used to verify entitlements, calculate usage, and resolve transaction disputes; it is not browsing history. Ticket content is used only to troubleshoot issues and follow up on service requests.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

VPNEJ does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, request content, or the contents of communications, and does not maintain logs that can reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Cumulative usage and plan status for billing are handled separately and do not include a list of destinations.

Session state needed to establish connections and transfer data is used to provide the service only while a connection is active. It is not retained afterward as a user connection log. Troubleshooting prioritizes service operating status and information users choose to submit. Before sharing an error screenshot, conceal credentials, payment account details, and anything unrelated to the issue.

Usage Metrics and Browser Storage

The marketing website may process usage metrics such as page addresses, referring pages, browser types, and interaction events to understand how content is used, identify broken links, and improve pages. Metrics are limited to this website and are not used to record external websites accessed through the subscription service. Account passwords, subscription credentials, and payment credentials should not be included in analytics fields.

Cookies and local storage support essential session identification, login status, and language preferences. The user panel stores authentication credentials locally. Signing out or clearing browser data removes the corresponding local state. Disabling storage may affect sign-in and saved preferences, but public pages remain available to read.

Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing

Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider, and required payment information is submitted under that provider's rules. VPNEJ receives transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment results needed to confirm orders. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords through support tickets.

Necessary order details may be shared with the relevant provider to verify payments, process refunds, or resolve disputes. When information must be disclosed by law, it is handled according to applicable requirements and limited to what is necessary. This policy does not replace third parties' own data-handling rules.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained as needed to provide the service while an account is active. Order and refund records are kept until transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable legal retention obligations are complete. Tickets and usage metrics are deleted or de-identified when their purposes have been fulfilled. Connection session information follows the non-persistent retention approach described above and is not treated like order records.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account control must be verified before processing, and any impact on subscription entitlements will be explained. Information that cannot yet be deleted due to legal retention requirements will be restricted to those purposes. Residual data in backups is cleared as backups rotate and is not restored for routine business use.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

If data-handling practices change, this page will be updated and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Significant changes to the scope of collection, processing purposes, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable.

Questions about this policy, data use, or deletion outcomes can be submitted through a panel support ticket. Specify the account and request, and provide only the information needed for verification. See the Terms of Service for service rules; these documents separately explain data processing and service use.
